Tax Deferred Exchange Seminars and Workshops

Our tax-deferred exchange seminars are presented throughout the United States by or through Exeter Learning Institute, and are open to anyone interested in learning more about tax-deferred exchanges.  Our Title Holding Trust seminars are held throughout California.  Our Deferred Sales Trust™ seminars are available anywhere in the United States. 

Our tax-deferred exchange workshops, seminars and educational programs are most frequently presented in the following California counties: in San Diego County — San Diego, downtown San Diego, La Jolla, UTC, University City, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Mission Valley and Del Mar; in Orange County — Newport Beach, Irvine, and Costa Mesa; in Los Angeles County — Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Century City, Pasadena, Arcadia, Monrovia, Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Marina Del Rey; in Riverside County — City of Riverside; in San Bernardino County — Ontario, Redlands, and Rancho Cucamonga; in Kern County, including Bakersfield, California; in Central Valley and San Joaquin Valley — Fresno, Visalia, Modesto, Madera, Merced, Tulare, and Stockton; and in San Francsico — East Bay, San Francisco, Burlingame, Walnut Creek, San Jose, San Mateo; in the San Francisco/Bay Area — San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Burlingame, East Bay and Marin.
