Michael Ragovin Founder Ragovin & Associates, Inc. As the founder of Ragovin & Associates, Inc., Michael has been in the real estate business for over twenty years and has closed over $150 million in commercial transactions. For the past several years he has specialized in the multifamily "C" market, helping clients reposition their equity into out-of-state areas where they can leverage their money more effectively. He was educated at Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Michael also has a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University and has ten years of experience in accounting.
