Lewis Savage Principal SCI Real Estate Investments, Inc. Lew is a Principal of SCI Real Estate Investments that one of the nations largest tenant-in-common sponsors of commercial real estate . He has been involved in the tenant-in-common business since its inception as a 1031 exchange vehicle and has been at the pinnacle of its development. He has 28 years of experience in the commercial and industrial real estate field as both an investment sponsor and developer. He was the founder and principal of Epic-Savage Realty Partners, one of the premier industrial and commercial real estate brokerage and development companies in the Chicago area. Lew began his career and received his training with Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler, one of the premiere commercial and industrial real estate firms in the Midwest and served as Executive Vice President of Prudential Realty Company where he represented such companies as Simon Properties, the RREEF Funds, IT&T, and Proctor & Gamble. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Denver and an M.B.A. degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
