IRS Responds to Treasury, Issues 1031 Fact Sheet

In September 2007, the Inspector General of the U.S. Treasury issued a Report criticizing the IRS for poor oversight of 1031 exchanges.  This just released 1031 Exchange Fact Sheet is the IRS's response to the Treasury finding.
