January 25, 2007--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC hires Kim Englert as a business development officer for its 1031 exchange services group. 

Ms. Englert will be based in the company's Southern California Branch Office located in Irvine, California, and has overall responsibility for the business development, educational program delivery and client relationship management activities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.  She will report directly to William L. Exeter, president and chief executive officer.

Kim brings with her extensive experience in the areas of title insurance, escrow services and 1031 exchange administration through her position as a Para-Legal in the Legal Group of Diversified Title and Escrow Services Company, which included the tax-deferred exchange operations of Diversified Exchange Corporation.
