Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC is a private, professional fiduciary services company providing custody, safekeeping, recordkeeping, and settlement services for clients' cash, cash equivalents, marketable securities, non-marketable securities, and other assets.  The following is a brief summary and overview of the custody and safekeeping services provided by Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC. 

Custody and Safekeeping Services

Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC provides custody and safekeeping services for all types of cash, cash equivalents, marketable securities, certain types of non-marketable securities, direct placement securities or investments and more. 

Our custody and safekeeping services include physical custody, book entry or depository eligible securities and assets.  Our custody and safekeeping services include the collection of income, making disbursements as directed, investing cash balances as directed, processing corporate actions, pricing marketable securities, and settling your securities trades. 

Securities Settlement Services

Our custody and safekeeping services also includes settling your securities trades.  Your securities trades will be placed by you and then subsequently settled by us through your existing broker(s) directly into your custody and safekeeping account(s) with Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC.  Security trades can be settled via physical delivery, book entry or DVP settlement accounts.

Client Bill Paying Services

You can delegate the painstaking process of paying your monthly bills and expenses to us so that you have more time to enjoy the things that you really love spending time on.  You will receive a detailed monthly statement with itemized bill payments. 

Accounting and Recordkeeping

Exeter Fiduciary Services, LLC will provide complete accounting, recordkeeping and reporting for any and all activities and transactions processed through your custody and safekeeping account, and will assume full responsibility for record-keeping details related to your securities and other investments.

In other words, in handling securities and maintaining accounting records, we serve as your financial secretary. We can serve as a clearinghouse for all of your accounts-regardless of how many different brokers you use-giving you the convenience of a single, consolidated investment portfolio or custody account.

Additionally, all the securities entrusted to our custody are administered to the highest standards of safety and accuracy.  Our wide range of services includes:

• Safekeeping of assets
• Timely settlement of securities transactions
• Collecting dividend and interest payments
• Presenting called or matured bonds for payment
• Daily investment of cash balances
• Alerts to stock splits, mergers, and other corporate actions that impact your holdings

Statements of Account

You will receive a monthly statement of account at the end of each month that will include a listing of your assets held in your custody and safekeeping account as of the last day of the month, as well as any cash receipts and disbursements, securities trades, settlements, corporate actions or other account transactions taking place during the month.  You can also review your account positions and transaction activity online.
