Roger joined Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC in 2015. He is responsible for the day-to-day administration of client 1031 Exchange transactions, including Forward, Reverse and Improvement (construction or build-to-suit) 1031 Exchanges structures.

Roger Reinhard brings to Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC years of local and national experience and expertise in the title insurance industry, including proficiency in underwriting residential, commercial, wind projects and multi-state orders in real estate.

His experience includes the preparation of preliminary title insurance reports, title commitments, proforma title insurance policies and title insurance endorsements, as well as short sale and conventional payoffs.
