Jennifer Oveson Jennifer Oveson is a business development officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and is based in our national corporate headquarters office located in San Diego, California. She is responsible for our overall business development and client relationship management activities in the San Diego market. Prior to joining Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, Ms. Oveson has developed expertise in many aspects of sales, small business development and human resources. Upon obtaining her degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Central Florida, Ms. Oveson joined a regional advertising firm where she developed and managed the Sports Marketing division. After relocating to Salt Lake City, Utah, Ms. Oveson elected to start a successful retail operation specializing in luxury apparel and accessories and to capitalize on her Human Resources experience by accepting a position as staffing manager with a nationally recognized staffing agency. As her network of relationships in the Human Resources field expanded, Ms. Oveson was subsequently offered a position as Staffing Manager for the Southern California division of a national staffing agency. As staffing manager, Ms. Oveson was responsible for developing an in-depth assessment of an entity’s personnel needs, sourcing appropriate personnel, monitoring the relationship for compliance with state and federal labor code and maintaining an ongoing relationship with the business client to monitor the success of the placement. In addition to facilitating placements, Ms. Oveson was also responsible for developing the firm’s brand in the Southern California market and increasing the firms overall market share. Ms. Oveson is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (CEA), San Diego County Escrow Association, the San Diego County Chapters of CCIM, CREW, NAIOP, SIOR, American Association of Women Accountants (ASWA) and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).
