Denise Gianni is a Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, and its affiliated companies.  She is based in our Orange County Branch Office located in Newport Beach, California and is responsible for the Inland Empire markets, including Riverside and San  Bernardino Counties.  Denise has day-to-day management responsibility for business development, educational program delivery, and client relationship management for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Denise brings extensive experience in the areas of title insurance, escrow services and 1031 exchange administration to Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.  She was in title insurance sales for Integrated Title and Escrow Services Company prior to joining Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, and prior to Integrated she was in title insurance sales with Diversified Title and Escrow Services Company, which was associated with Diversified Exchange Corporation, Gateway Title, Commonwealth Title and First American Home Warranty.

She is involved with numerous professional organizations, including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), California Escrow Association (CEA), Riverside County Escrow Association, American Association of Women Accountants (ASWA), AIR Commercial Real Estate, Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).
