Barbara Joyce is a Senior 1031 Exchange Consultant for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and its affiliate companies and works out of the company's Orange County Branch Office and its national corporate headquarter's office in San Diego, California.

Ms. Joyce has more than 30 years of extensive experience working in settlement services businesses, including serving as president of one of the largest independent escrow companies in california, a title and escrow services company and U.S. National 1031 Exchange, Inc. (formerly known as Mid-Exchange, Inc.) that was part of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate organization, including the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Offices and West Coast Escrow Offices.

Barbara is pleased to be associated with a diverse company that handles all types of 1031 exchange transactions as well as specialized fiduciary services such as Self-Directed IRAs as well as the California Title Holding Trust and Florida Land Trust.

Ms. Joyce has presented and lectured extensively on 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and offers her services as a 1031 exchange industry consultant, expert witness and trainer on 1031 tax deferred exchange related subjects, including 1031 exchange related litigation.  She continues to maintain significant relationships with her contacts at Coldwell Banker and West Coast Escrow.
