Barbara Joyce is a Senior 1031 Exchange Advisory Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and its affiliate companies and works out of the company's Irvine Branch Office, Pasadena Branch Office and its national corporate headquarter's office in San Diego, California.

Ms. Joyce has more than 30 years of extensive experience working in settlement services businesses, including serving as president of one of the largest independent escrow companies in california, a title and escrow services company and U.S. National 1031 Exchange, Inc. (formerly known as Mid-Exchange, Inc.).
