I'm Lauren Speidel, the Regional Officer for the Midwest Region, with Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company, Exeter Asset Services Corporation, Exeter IRA Services, LLC and its affiliated companies.
Based in our Midwest Regional Office in Chicago, IL, I'm responsible for sales, marketing and client relationship management for the greater Midwest Region including, but not limited to, Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri.
Whether you are a returning client, investor, CPA, Realtor©, attorney, settlement services agent…or simply found me through a web search or referral, I'm happy to work with you and answer all your questions about the 1031 Exchange process.

One of the most important responsibilities of my position is to help educate investors and their advisors about 1031 Exchanges. This is the most rewarding aspect of my role — educating my clients on 1031 Exchanges and becoming one of their trusted advisors. With the ease of access to information via the web and search engines, there is a lot of confusing and outright misinformation about 1031 Exchanges. I'm here to offer guidance and see that my clients feel informed and confident with their decision to utilize the 1031 to meet their needs and attain their goals.
