Basic to Intermediate Level Reverse 1031 Exchange Seminar
This is a basic to intermediate level workshop on Reverse 1031 Exchange transactions pursuant to Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 1.1031 of the Treasury Regulations and Revenue Ruling 2000-37.
Educational Workshop Content
This workshop will begin with an introduction to 1031 Exchanges and then focus on Reverse 1031 Exchange strategies. The discussions will focus on the requirements, structures, processes, strategies, and compliance issues necessary to successfully complete a Reverse 1031 Eexchange transaction. There will be plenty of time for open discussions, questions and answers with our 1031 Exchange Experts. Handout materials will be provided for future reference.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in gaining a more in-depth understanding of the processes and requirements for completing successful Reverse 1031 Exchange transactions, including investment property owners (taxpayers/investors), accountants, attorneys, corporate officers, certified financial planners and real estate agents and brokers (Realtors©).
