Basic-to-Intermediate Level 1031 Exchange Roundtable
This is a basic-to-intermediate level roundtable where the group will discuss forward, reverse and improvement (build-to-suit or construction) 1031 exchange transactions. This roundtable is designed to be an informal discussion where any 1031 exchange question, issue or concern can be raised. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers with our 1031 exchange expert moderator.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in gaining a more in depth understanding of the mechanical processes and requirements of completing successful 1031 exchange transactions, including investors/taxpayers, accountants, attorneys, corporate officers, and real estate agents and brokers (Realtors©).
